CHARLIE BEACONSFIELD
SPORTS DIETITIAN, ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN (APD) & NUTRITIONIST
Charlie has completed her Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics at Monash University. She has also undertaken the Sports Dietitians Australia Sports Nutrition Course and holds ISAK Level 1 accreditation.
Charlie works with athletes across a range of disciplines, including team sports, aquatic sports and endurance-based events. She is driven by a passion for high performance and is committed to helping athletes optimise their nutrition to support health, recovery and peak performance.
Outside of Lakeside Sports Medicine, Charlie enjoys playing golf, running and experimenting in the kitchen.
